The main office is in Pomarance Via Roncalli 26 in an historical palace and it is since 1985 that Real Estate Agency "Valdicecina" lends its service of intermediation on sales in the communes of Val di Cecina: Pomarance - Castelnuovo Val di Cecina - Monterotondo Maritimo - Monteverdi Maritimo.

The agency uses various means of publicity on the national level and collaborates with expert people on an international scale.

The Real Estate Agency fee is of 3% on the amount of sale (applicable to owner and buyer).
All related services are included in the commission; visits and estimates of real estate - verification of technical documentation (catastali documents and acts of origin) - preparation for buying and selling preliminary matters - preparation of necessary documentation for definitive action (notarial) - attendance at Notary office.

All costs related to the attempt at sale (publicity and visits) remain at the charge of the Real Estate Agent, nothing will be asked to the owner of the real estate, the only thing for him is the correct behavior to inform the Agency if the sale has happened from another side.

This Agency does not pretend exclusivity and therefore the owner can give to other agencies the sale of the real estate, however price must be defined and be the same for all.

The commission is to be paid at the moment of preliminary contract.

Apart from the intermediation on sales (Inscription to the Role of Real estate Agents n° 1687 of the Province of Pisa) for: Apartments - Villas - Houses - Agricultural Annexed - building and agricultural Lands - Business activities - sheds for industrial and/or handicraft activities - we represent the vendor or purchaser on a transaction not dealt from the agent - real estate advisings of whichever kind - drawing up preliminary contracts - of comodato - of lease - and being the holder registered at the Periti of Experts for evaluation of real estate (n° the 303 of the Province of Pisa).
